Terms of Trade

* PAYMENT STRICTLY 7 DAYS unless prior arrangement has been made with On The Spot Cleaning Services Ltd. Late Payment will incur a 5% late payment fee.

* The client will be liable for any fees incurred by debt collection/recovery services used to recover late payments from the client.

* Carpet technicians will not move large furniture items or electrical equipment as this may cause damage to person or property.

* Carpet technicians rely partly on information provided by customers when assessing which products to use. On The Spot Cleaning Services Limited will not be held responsible for any poor outcome where the customer has provided false information.

* Any complaints must be received within 48hrs of service being completed. This allows On The Spot Cleaning Services Limited to assess the quality of work and remedy anything that is not to the satisfaction of the customer.
